Ask them to put it in writing that you will not be charged a renewal fee in a year if the case is still pending in court.

Ask if they charge travel fees or finance charges. We do not -- you pay your premium and the $15 state mandated posting fee that we must give to the jail at the time of posting. That is all.

We do not charge extra to come out at night or on the weekend to post a bond.

If your case is dismissed in 4 months and you still have a balance - ask the bondsman if you will still be required to pay the balance.
