Ask if they charge travel fees or finance charges. We do not -- you pay your premium and the $15 state mandated posting fee that we must give to the jail at the time of posting. That is all.

We do not charge extra to come out at night or on the weekend to post a bond.

If your case is dismissed in 4 months and you still have a balance - ask the bondsman if you will still be required to pay the balance.

THOR Obstacle Run

URBONDSMAN Supports the Texoma Hellacious Obstacle Run (THOR).  TRN did an article about it that you can see here : http://www.timesrecordnews.com/news/2012/jan/18/hellacious-obstacle-run/. Let's just hope this obstacle course doesn't run through any poison ivy (it's all over the place on the Wichita River). After many bouts with poison ivy I have discovered that the best "cure" is to scrub the affected area with dish soap, rinse, and repeat. Discard any towels or rags or at the very least machine wash them thoroughly. The oil secreted from the plant must be washed off and it CAN transfer from towels, clothing, mountain bike tires, disc golf discs, and anything else that touches the plant. The oil can also be transferred through the air if the plant is burned. Good luck.
